Our activities are divided into two parts

Acceptance
Our acceptance arm ensures that merchants can take all the major card products used in the Benelux. At the moment they are MasterCard, Visa, JCB, CUP, Maestro and – due to an alliance – American Express. We are the only provider in the Benelux in offering traders all these products under one roof.

And with a view to future developments (the Single Euro Payment Area), we are making sure that merchants can always continue working with us for all major cards.

Issuance
Our issuance arm ensures that consumers can pay easily for goods and services with the credit card of their choice. At the moment we issue both MasterCard and Visa, either independently or in partnership with other organisations. One example of that is the Miles & More Visa Credit Card, a kind of loyalty card from airline Lufthansa. In other words, we issue credit cards with attractive extras.

And with a view to future developments (EMV), we are making sure that cardholders will always be able to come to us for reliable payment products.
